Especially when those cars represent a real opportunity for their next owner.  Case in point, last week's 1966 Corvair Convertible with A/C.

??k: Will Slab-o-Woody Lightning Strike Twice?: 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon

While not the sportiest of rides we've ever posted, our previously covered '96 Roadmaster Estate Wagon, shocked several skeptics when the bidding soared from $6,100 to $16,115 in its closing day.  Therefore, its fair to ask the question if that was an anomaly or an accurate reflection of the scarcity of these low mileage barges.

Edelbrock Rev'ved Up 4 Kids Car Show 2013

Prepare yourself for some action, as this T-top equipped beauty will blow your mullet right off your head.  The 4th generation Chevrolet Camaro debuted in 1993 with an all-new sleek door-stop inspired look and a $995 option for an "Indy 500 Pace Car Edition.'  Some wife-beater wearing hairy backed dudes opted to get the "Pace Car" edition, they probably would have sold 10X if it had been NASCAR themed, not that Indy attracts the 'high-brow' Ferrari jacket douche-bags, but the bottom line is that just over 600 of the Pace Car edition were ever sold. We here at DT love to repeat our unofficial mantra: There is no better money spent on a car...than the previous owner's. It rings true in so many situations, whether you are looking for a project that is half-finished with all the expensive work done, a package deal of car plus parts because the seller does not want to spend time hawking all the little stuff, or especially in the case of a finished car that will never be worth as much as the previous owner has spent on it. In our regular search for a good e34 M5 we found a veritable cornucopia of M5 goodness and decided it was worth a full e34 M5 market update posting.  The e34 generation M5 was the last of the 'hand-built' BMW M-cars and was only sold in the US market from 1990-1993.  Today the entry price to the e34 M5 couldn't be lower and while nice e28 M5s are starting to command high prices, the e34 generation is nearing the bottom of its depreciation curve...or so it would seem.
