TVR's history of tubular space frame vehicles continued on the other side of the Altantic but as of July 2012, the company has officially ceased its efforts to build and produce automobiles - a shame since its formula of mounting common parts on a bespoke hand built body is all but dead. The Ford Granada was one of those Malaise-era downsized cars that still managed to look huge while being marketed as a "compact." Although the first-gen Granada was derived from the Maverick and was the great-great-grandson of the Falcon, it managed to be larger than a late '90s E38 BMW 7 Series (ok - yeah, the short wheelbase E38, not the long one). This 1984 Buick Century Olympic Edition Could Be Your Ticket to FWD Glory

If you're not watching the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, then you're missing out. There has been plenty of action and drama, like a Czech snowboarder winning the women's Super-G skiing competition, Russia and various atheletes from Russia being banned from the games due to the huge doping scandal, photo-finish Biathlons and of course some gnarly crashes into fences and subsequent face fulls of snow. Free car! Who can argue with that? Not this guy, or anyone else who has an ounce of adventure and optimism running through their oil-soaked veins. It's not often we find a car that someone wants taken off their hands for a song, yet also cool enough to feature. Not So Delicate: 1992 Mitsubishi Delica Exceed 4WD Turbodiesel

The Mitsubishi Delica was a compact Japanese van with unibody construction, a mid-engine RWD or 4WD drivetrain, and a smattering of engine options. These were sold in North America under the creative model names Van and Wagon, and only lasted a few years here (1987-1990). Those were basic cargo and people mover versions, but if Mitsu had offered us the full-on 4WD turbodiesel Delica in this market, they might have been as common as 4Runners and Cherokees. Boss Mojäng Stang: 1982 Ford Mustang GL 5.0

Ford sure got a lot of mileage out of the Fox platform, pumping out the same basic car under dozens of different nameplates, shapes, and trim levels starting in 1979. They managed to keep this pony alive and kicking for more than two decades, if you count the SN95 evolution form 1993-2004. But the earliest "four eyed" Mustangs are starting to gain some fans lately, and are worth a look due to their affordability and retro '80s style. Bang For The Lira- 1986 Alfa Romeo GTV6 3.0

The Alfa GTV6 is one of the more curious cars from the 1980s that seems to be off the radar of collectors who are throwing buckets of cash at 911s and E30 M3s right now. Unlike the only a mother could love styled Milano sedan, the GTV6 was a handsome Giorgetto Giugiaro designed hatchback. It came equipped with the oh so lovely sounding Busso 2.5 SOHC V6 engine. The 2.5 engine was good for 160 hp which was decent for the time, but was much better known for the symphony of music it produced. Wings Clipped: Former Red Bull 1997 Suzuki X-90

The title of Oddest & Smallest 90s SUV goes, without question, to the Suzuki X-90. Mechanically the twin of the Sidekick, aka Escudo in JDM-lingo, the little 2-door T-top sport cute X-90 weighed only 2400 pounds and was actually shorter in length than the original NA Mazda Miata. Makes sense then that Austrian beverage media company Red Bull would convert them into drink dispensing, marketing funded, tax writeoff machines.
