Here is a one-owner 19k mile 1973 Mercury Montego MX Brougham bidding for $6,500 here on eBayFast 'n' Furious Family: 2006 Cadillac CTS-V

The first generation Cadillac CTS-V was sold starting in the 2004 model year with an engine borrowed from the Corvette C5 Z06 (the 5.7 liter LS6) and a 6-speed manual gearbox, but folks in the know will tell you that you want to get a 2006-2007 version that is powered by the Corvette C6 base 6.0 liter LS2. With a new MSRP of $50k in 2006, the CTS-V was hit early with the depreciation bat and continues to be beaten down into poor people territory (our territory). Simple Roadster: 1998 BMW M Roadster

The E36/7 generation BMW M Roadster was the first time BMW used their vaunted M badging on a 2-door roadster. It combined the best attributes of the E30 M3 and E36 M3 sports cars with fun in the sun attitude, and today they couldn't be cheaper. Luxury For Cheap: 2006 Acura TL 6-Speed MT

Honda is known for its snick-snick smooth manual shifters -- the S2000 is probably my favorite to use that doesn't run through gates, and even the most basic 10 year old Civic has a properly tight shifter. Oddly enough Honda continues this tradition with its Accord Coupe and even moving up market to their Acura line you'll find a nice manual in the TSX, and even the big TL -- but it isn't some ladle in buffet tray of scrambled eggs feel you get from a GM front drive manual, it continues that snick-snick feel. Find this 2004 Acura TL 6-Speed MT here on eBayMid Week Match-Up: Wagon For Jim
This week's Mid Week Match-Up request comes from Jim who writes: My wife’s ‘11 Jetta Sportwagen was totaled the end of Dec. We purchased the car after the lease was up last summer, and I’m looking for something around $12k to replace it with. She wants to just get a new Golf Sportwagen, but I would like to avoid new car value drop. New is nice for not having to worry about maintenance for a while, but I would like to find used options that would be reliable.Auction Watch: 1985 Chevrolet Suburban Avalanche

I don't know what's going on here, but I like this 1985 Chevrolet Suburban turned into an Avalanche bidding here on eBayClutch Player: 1973 Datsun 240Z V8

The first generation Nissan Z car was a pretty inline-6 powered 2-seater sold in the USA under the Datsun
marque and 240Z nameplate. It was unlike anything seen from a Japanese
manufacturer and sold like hot cakes with 148,000 units released onto the black tops of America. The resulting glut of S30 Z-cars on the used market meant they were cheap for years and many got converted into V8 hot rods by folks unfamiliar with overhead camshafts...which is good or bad depending on how you like your classic Zs. Find this 1973 Datsun 240Z V8 5-speed offered for $6,000 in Eureka, CA via craigslist. Tip from FuelTruck.Auction Watch: 1986 Honda Accord LX Hatchback
Unusually, there's a Weber carb conversion on this 1986 Honda Accord LX hatchback offered here on eBaySick Cylinders Man: 1982 Toyota Celica Supra P-Type

In 1982 Toyota upped their sports car offering by redesigning their Celica and adding more beef to the inline-6 option known as the Celica Supra. Of course the one you want is known as the P-Type, which sounds like something only available to urologists, but actually mean Performance-Type as opposed to the more luxury oriented L-Type. Find this 1982 Toyota Celica Supra P-Type offered for $3,500 in Western Massachusets via craigslist. Tip from Jdah.Tuesday, January 26, 2016

The Hardtop Life: 1962 Buick Skylark
For the 1961 model year, General Motors introduced a new trio of compacts built on the original GM Y-chassis -- the Pontiac Tempest, Oldsmobile F-85, and Buick Special. Buick introduced a luxury 2-door version mid model year known as the Special Skylark, and in 1962 the Skylark became its own model (again), now available in 2-door coupe and 2-door hardtop (pillar-less) versions. The era of the compact Skylark ended after 1963 when the Skylark name was moved up-size to the mid-sized A-body, but the early 61-63 Buick Special/Skylark is one of the cheaper 2-door compacts around. Find this 1962 Buick Skylark offered for $10,000 in Houston, TX, via craigslist.New Traditionalist: 1986 Honda Elite Scooter

In the 1980's Honda was ready to give the past the slip and establish new traditions for scooters. They were ready to eliminate the ninnies and the twits and create a beautiful world, and that's good. Why believe in things that make it tough on you; it is your duty now for the future to find this 1986 Honda Elite CH125 Scooter for sale in Beaverton, OR for $600 via craigslist.Auction Watch: 1965 AMC Rambler 770 Cross Country Wagon

Flipper Ready: 1973 Volkswagen Beetle

It is always fascinating when somebody reads the directions and comes up with something totally different from the original intention. Today's next thing isn't as bad as getting scrambled eggs when you expected souffle, but when the builder decided to make an 8-cylinder Beetle, he sorta broke the mold. Find this 1973 Volkswagen Beetle custom offered for $5,000 in quirky Albuquerque, NM via craigslist. Tip from Johnny Bouncewell. Auction Watch: 1984 Rockwell Straddle Lift Carrier System

WWII Paratrooper: 1942 Excelsior Welbike

There are few things more terrifying than the idea of parachuting into a Nazi infested European mainland equipped only with a small folding motorcycle. However, an enemy that is doubled over in laughter at seeing you ride a clown-cycle is perhaps an easier target. Find this 1942 Excelsior Welbike here on eBay
