Rotary In The Sidecar: 2001 BMW Motorcycle with Sidecar

Motorcycles aren't exactly the safest mode of transportation...even small contact can have huge consequences (which is why people in 4 wheel vehicles should always give them plenty of room), but at least the motorcycle is small and maneuverable.  However, if you add a sidecar to a motorcycle, you still have the same crash exposure, but now lack maneuverability and agility of a normal bike, so its probably more dangerous...BUT...if you feel the thrill of danger beckoning you like a winged siren, you might want to consider upgrading to a turbo rotary powered motorcycle where the engine is in the back of the sidecar.  Find this 2001 BMW Motorcycle with Sidecar offered for $14,900 in Half Moon Bay, CA via craigslist. Here is a rare and excellent example of a 1956 Indian Arrow. Offered from a private collection with some good photography, this is a motorcycle for the discerning collector. For any who ride, like me, this will put a smile on your face. It is unlikely that you will see one of these again, outside of a museum. The Future Was Here: 1984 Buick 10 Autocycle LiteStar

We were supposed to have flying cars by now.  Everyone promised it.  I've watched Blade Runner and Running Man many times (both were set in a 2019 future) and they showed all kinds of hovering and flying cars, but here I am and the closest thing is a LiteStar/Pulsar that was built in the 1980s.  If we could just convince these millennials to stop playing Fortnite and focus on engineering flying cars, I'd by floating around in the sky right now instead of hacking on a keyboard.  Find this 1984 Buick 10 Autocycle LiteStar offered for $22,500 in Gainesville, FL via hemmings. Three Wheel Mayhem: 1984 Pontiac Fiero Trike

The Pontiac Fiero is literally the Rodney Dangerfield of the car world- it get's no respect. In high school, the Fiero was voted the car most likely to be turned into something else.  DT has featured too many Fiero based replica Ferrari's or Lambo's to count, but today's feature goes into a completely different direction.  The back half of a Fiero has been mashed up with a Honda motorcycle front to create a bizarro trike that would look quite at home in Mad Max movie set.  Find this 1984 Pontiac Fiero for sale in Beloit, WI for $2,000 via Facebook Marketplace.  Tip from Eric.

Taco Tuesday: 1966 Bultaco Matador Mk2
