This next car comes as a tip from SecondMouse who writes: I suppose it takes an unusual find to make it into DT if the item in question isn't an automobile, but perhaps this will do. Here is a rare and excellent example of a 1956 Indian Arrow. Offered from a private collection with some good photography, this is a motorcycle for the discerning collector. For any who ride, like me, this will put a smile on your face. It is unlikely that you will see one of these again, outside of a museum. Premier Padmini: 1969 Fiat 1100 Delight

Italian Week on Daily Turismo continues with this next beast: Nothing says Italian like a Fiat that was built somewhere near Bombay, India...whoops...I guess it is called Mumbai now and the car was called the Premier Padmini, but would a Fiat 1100 by another other name be as slow?  Sure.  Find this 1969 Fiat 1100 Delight offered for something from $5000 to $7500 in Houston, TX via craigslist. Ten-Hut!: 1941 Indian 741-b

World War 2 was an existential threat and as such, American industry went from making consumer goods to becoming the Arsenal of Democracy.  Factories were converted from civilian to military production and civilian products that had military use were re-designated.  Such as the Indian Scout which was re-designated as the model 741.  Find this 1941 Indian 741-b for sale in Iowa City, IA for $18,000 via craigslist.

Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh...Say What? 1984 Rolls Royce Silver Spur

Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, later known by his Cher-like nickname "Osho," was born in India as Chandra Mohan Jain. Ranjneesh developed a technique known as dynamic meditation, through which his followers could achieve enlightenment or a closer connection with the spiritual being through a process that began with sex...probably with him.  Anyway, in the 1980s he fled a hoard of angry husbands/fathers by heading from India to Oregon where he established a large commute of almost 2,000 people, and it was here that he had a Rolls-Royce painted in the craziest peacock paint job you've ever seen.  Find this 1984 Rolls Royce Silver Spur offered for $44,900 in Bedford Heights, OH via hemmings.

1948 Indian Papoose
