Andrew submitted this 4X4 Toyota Pickup and says: "I bought the Toyota in town from the original owner and thought my son would go bonkers over it...turns out he wanted the Volvo instead." This was a Volvo he purchased from a Daily Turismo listing - more on that one later.
The 1980 Hilux is powered by Toyota's 20R SOHC Inline-4 cylinder gasoline engine, good for 90 hp and 122 lb·ft of torque. It won't pull a boat up the grapevine at 75mph like a new F350 dually, but it also won't cost you $45k.
This Hilux has only 144k miles on the clock and it looks great on the inside. Dash is free from cracks and the original owner added power windows look factory correct. Of course this one is equipped with a 4 speed manual gearbox and proper 4x4 transfer case.

Great find Vince. This one is eerily similar to my '86 Hilux in spec and condition, but of course this one has the 20R / solid front axle whereas the '86 is 22R / independent. Both have their pros and cons but if you need a working vehicle you can't go wrong with a pre-'95 Hilux in any configuration.
