It shouldn't be surprising that this car is located in Jamestown, home of the Crescent Wrench and the automatic voting machine. A Crescent wrench is something that is okay for everything but great at nothing, and your vote is counted the same as everyone's, but really worthless by itself, and a custom Volkswagen Beetle is cool as a whole, but horrible for any particular driving task.
