    Thanks for all those links, I still think that the kit takes a lovely well-designed road car and makes it look like a kit car. Like a beautiful woman with fake blonde hair, breast implants, silicone lips. beauty is always in the eyes of the beholder!

      You have the cars that got him noticed, the Vallelunga and the Mangusta.

      You have the car that got Ford to buy him out and develop it into a first approximation of a real car, the Pantera.

      And then Ford threw the fish back in the pond and he never did anything that mattered again.

      My opinion, of course...
