Dooley Cooly: 1986 Chevrolet C/K 3500 Silverado

America's obsession with the giant pickup truck started many years ago, back when gas was cheap and safety was a consideration that was second to most...but gas is still cheap when adjusted for inflation and safety is still something that people struggle to understand.  So enjoy the good old days with this good old pickup.  Find this 1986 Chevrolet C/K 3500 Silverado here on eBay bidding for $8,100 with 3 days to go, located in Oakland, CA.

Eye Splinters: 1929 Ford Model AA Flatbed Truck

I'm not sure if I speak for the rest of the DT staff, but I've got a healthy appreciation for pre-war Ford product.  Sure, it seems like 95% of hot rods started as '32 Fords, but there is a mechanical elegance and tasteful simplicity about a stock blue oval from this period. If Henry hadn't ceded some control to his son Edsel in the late '20s, I'm sure that Dearborn would have pumped out Model Ts until federal safety and emissions standards were introduced. It's a good thing he did though, because the Model A was the company's first car with modern controls and is a classic in its own right. Find this 1929 Ford Model AA flatbed truck for sale in Big Bear Lake, CA for $7,500 via craigslist.

20k: Custom Dually Wagon: 1972 Ford Country Squire

A few years ago I had this TV that would stick between channels, the image would become a blurred amalgam of two channels, and the consequences could be interesting.  Gilligan as Tom Selleck in Magnum's Private Island was bad enough, but the time National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation got jumbled with Duck Dynasty was amazing, and this is what the bearded Griswold family drove as their family truckster.  Find this 1972 Ford Country Squire Custom offered for $22,000 in San Diego, CA via craigslist. Tip from Rob "The Hack Mechanic".

DTO: Pickup The Grey Poupon: 1961 Rolls Royce Dually

This crazy monster first showed up in a comment by K2 Mystery Car -- and I wasn't going to feature it because the price was insane.  But, I kept seeing visions of this thing in my sleep...nightmares really...so in order to appease the dually gods, I figure it might be a good idea to feature it.   Find this 1961 Rolls Royce Dually offered for $75,000 buy-it-now or make-offer, here on eBay located in Port Richey, FL.  Tip from K2 Mystery Car.

50c: NASA Shuttle Support: 1985 Dodge Van Dually

The Space Shuttle Atlantis touched down for the final time in July of 2011 and the program has been officially mothballed because apparently 17 billion dollars a year is not enough money for NASA to...I dunno...fly to the moon and back weekly.  As the space shuttle sits idle and NASA pays folks money to lay in bed for 70 days straight, the various bits of shuttle support junk is being wholesaled to bidders via gov't auction sites.  Find this 1985 Dodge Van Dually offered for a starting bid of $199 via gsaauctions.gov.  Tip from Kaibeezy.
