What Am I? Carburetted or Carbureted?

Still recovering from hours of scouring the interwebs for pictures of Mitsubishi automobiles to NOT match with a portable AC unit? Yeah, me too!  This week, we've got a simple pic from some automobile and in no time someone will chime in the comments with the make/model of this thing. What Am I?

UPDATE:

Good job to TRDsmith who recognized this thing as a Siata Spring, specifically this 1970 example offered for $3,800 here on eBay.

    Googled engine pics of the "usual suspects" i.e. rear engine, liquid cooled, cross flow, 4 cyl, sedan style. Couldn't figure it out. Good luck everybody else.
