Thursday Twister: 2-Door Wagon Walkabout

Ahh...the Thursday Twister.  Like a bowl of warm honey laced with razor blades and insecticide, the Thursday Twister attracts DT's automotive savants with its sweet aroma...and then consumes them in a slow and agonizing death of one thousand cuts.  It is a good thing too -- otherwise these wild kids would be rioting in the streets of Ferguson (or Baghdad).  Today, the quiz is to find all of the 2-door wagons for sale in the North American market between 1960 and 2015.

First, a few words on the difference between a wagon and a hatchback (because we aren't looking for hatchbacks).  A hatchback has a rear D-pillar that is canted over at a severe angle, while the wagon is much more upright.  Take a look at the picture of the Focus hatch vs Focus wagon overlay below.

The Focus ZXW wagon is okay; the ZX3 hatch is not.

More examples:
BMW 5-series GT abomination =  hatch.  BMW 5-series Touring = Wagon.
VW Golf/GTI = hatch.  VW Jetta SportWagen = Wagon.

Now the tricky ones -- shooting brakes, Volvo 1800ES, BMW clownshoe -- those things... for the purpose of this competition, I'm going to say that they qualify as 2-door wagons because I love em.

4. One submission per generation of car.

5. Each car must be a running/driving car (no clay model prototypes) and at least two must have been built of that particular car (no one-offs).
