The Chevrolet Monza was a small 2+2 built on Chevrolet's H-body, which was also the basis for such piles of crap like the Vega, Skylark and Starfire. It was the last of GM's rear-wheel-drive subcompacts and the end of an era for GM's rear drive crap boxes, BUT today's example has a meaty V8 under the hood. Here we have a fully built and bored 350 chevy small block in a 1975 chevy monza. The car runs and drives great. Full interior. 660hp registered and insured street car. The car is not a show car but it's a fast car and will run rings around most.
It's a sumitt block 60 over 12&1/2 to 1 pistons balance and blue printed trick flow heads, 800 Holley, nice cam gear to gear drive.
The tranny is a turbo 350 built by B&M. The rear is all Richmond built it, still has the 4 lug axels. 4.11 gears.
Has nitrous not fully installed.

I've never seen a 1970s polyester business casual Monza.It got the same clumsy design ques of that generation.

Still has the four lug axles. That tells me he hasn't put the go pedal down quickly very many times.
