The Fiat 128 might not be well known around these parts, but it was built in Italian factories (and then later around the
world) starting in 1969 and continuing all the way through 1985 with
over 3 million cars leaving the assembly lines. Licensed versions of
the 128 were built in Eastern Europe and the Third World all the way
through 2001, and it was rumored that Enzo Ferrari had one as his daily driver. Find this 1975 Fiat 128 Wagon offered for $3,200 in Lynden, WA via craigslist. Tip from BuickFan.
This 128 Wagon is pretty ugly, but the seller says it has only minor surface rust and no terminal rust! It was last on the road in 1985, but according to the seller it will only need "a weekend or two to sort it out!" HA!

ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, the fact that it has NOT been on the road may be the only reason that it still exists. Spirited cars, but they defined "biodegradable".
