What Am I? New Jeers Edition

Welcome back to the new and improved What Am I? puzzle -- we've taken your feedback about previous puzzles and thrown it straight into the glove box of a Chrysler K-Car that was (obviously) on the way to the crusher.  Solve this puzzle and reap the rewards of internet fame.

Is the image right-side-up?  Distorted? Degaussed?  Photoshoooooped and filtered? Cold filtered and beechwood aged? These are all good questions...but the penguin ain't sayin' nothin'.
