15k: Patina Up The Kazoo: 1966 Morgan 4/4

The Morgan Motor Car company first started producing 3-wheeled cars in 1910, and ventured to less tipsy cars with the release of the 4/4 (4 wheels, 4 cylinders) in 1936.  Oddly enough, Morgan was one of the few British automobile manufacturers to not get swept up in the British Leyland fiasco, and the family owned company is still hand building cars out of a small factory in  Malvern, Worcestershire, UK. I don't claim any expertise on vintage lumber pricing, but this 1966 Morgan 4/4 currently bidding here on eBay for $12,600 with a few hours to go looks like a decent deal if the reserve is close.

Check out this 1961 Fiat 1100D with 4 on the tree, spare parts and original shop manual for $6000 located in Westwood, CA for $6,000 via craigslist.  Tip fro Kaibeezy who writes: What's italian for 'patina'? Why, it's 'patina' - and here you can see what's in the dizionario for patina - and yet, it doesn't seem to be a disaster - don't you want to climb out of this in front of the Italianest cafe in town in your paint splattered overalls, roll a cigarette, twist the lemon rind into your espresso, and whip out your dog-eared copy of Alberto Moravia's Il Conformista.
