100% stock- 2000 Honda Civic Si

The EM1 sixth generation Honda Civic Si is considered one of the best Civic Si models ever made.  The Si coupe had light weight, nimble handling, good gas mileage, and came with a very high revving four cylinder engine.  The JDM tuning scene featured in the 2001 movie The Fast and the Furious was in high gear by this time period.  It is near impossible to find any year Civic Si without any modifications.  Find this 2000 Honda Civic Si for sale in Hamden, CT for $5,000 via craigslist.

13k: Buzzy: 1960 Mini, Honda B16B swap

The last Honda-swapped Mini we featured was a raucous, rear-engined, rear-drive donut machine with a turbocharged K20 packing 495 horsepower. With "just" 185 horsepower out of a JDM Type-R B16B 1.6-liter pushing around a 1,400-lb curb weight, this Mini has a power:weight ratio of a C6 Z06. In a short-wheelbase front-drive layout, you would be crazy to pass on at least one ride. But you would be even crazier to drive it daily. Find this 1960 Mini with a Honda B16B swap currently bidding here on eBay for $12,650, located in Flagler Beach, FL, with 18 hours to go.

7k: The Price of Stock: 2000 Honda Civic Si

1999-2000 Civic Si coupes ("EM1" in JDM-tyte parlance) will one day cross the auction block as the Porsche 993 of Civics. These are the last of the golden era. A time when a low-displacement four-cylinder revved like a Ducati, sounded like an irritated weed-whacker, and inspired a million catchphrases. It was an honest car stolen or molested by dishonest people, and whose image was marred by pretentious loudmouths. Already, the premium for stock examples keeps potential buyers from the economy car we should be entitled to: a high-mpg, high-revving, highly useful one. Find this 2000 Honda Civic Si in Tulsa, OK for the high price of $7,499 via their website or AutoTrader.
