Wow, that's a moped with serious STYLE! A Sach 2-stroke should be save-able if it is not seized (and even then....). The price seems stiff to me, but the only mopeds I really know are VeloSolex. Oops, I see the ad is gone now, so maybe someone else thought the price was reasonable!
