5k: Army Air Force Staff Sedan: 1940 Plymouth P10

This Plymouth P10 is a Deluxe Touring sedan that was sold to the US Army Air Force for military use when new.  It accompanied the 325th Heavy Bombardment Squadron as part of the 92d Bombardment Group stationed in England at RAF Bovingdon during the Second World War.  As vehicle number 6 of the motor pool, it was used as a fleet car and eventually made its way home to Nellis Air Force base in Nevada, where it was found in rust free condition, but was given a restoration.  Find this 1940 Plymouth P10 here on eBay currently bidding for $4,550 with 1 day to go, located in Las Vegas, NV.

The Chevy 150 was the economy and fleet version of the Chevrolet car from 1953-1957.  It shares many components with the consumer oriented 210 and Bel Air models but was tailored to meet the needs of fleet use.  Today's featured 1956 Chevy 150 is an ex-US Army Staff Car and is for sale in Moss Landing, CA for the buy-it-now price of $6,000 via ebay.
