The Alfa Romeo GTV tipo 105 has a narcotizing waft of affordability (thanks doctordel!) that is only matched by a few cars in this vintage category. The price/value ratio, 4-cylinder engine, 2+2 seating and general coolness is matched by the Volvo 1800 and BMW 2002...but somehow the Alfa's calls louder to me. The Volvo sings a reliable melody by JH Roman, while the BMW hums Wagnerian opera tunes; the Alfa...well, she belts out a siren song that screams like the high F in the Queen of the Night's aria from the Mozart's The Magic Flute. 15k: Portrait Mode: 1974 Alfa Romeo GT Veloce 2000

It is hard to look at pictures of an Alfa Romeo GTV 105/115 series and not fall in love...well, unless the pictures are taken in blow-your-brains-out 21:9 ratio portrait mode, but even that cannot tarnish the beauty of a red GTV. (DT has cropped the photos to make them more user friendly for human beings and dogs). Find this 1974 Alfa Romeo GT Veloce 2000
