Selling my beloved 2008 Ford Crown Vic burnout car!
I built this car for one reason and one reason only, burnouts!!
250k miles on chassis
120k miles on an aluminum 4.6l engine out of a Mercury Mountaineer (rare)
This ex-police cruiser/taxi has had a custom rear mount turbo setup made to make this thing so amazing burnout and make some of the best noises on the planet (turbo noises)
Turbo setup consists of
- 7.3 powerstroke turbo garrett gtp38
- Fake Tial 44mm wastwgate
- Siemens deca 80lb injectors
- plx upgraded maf sensor ( blow through setup )
- ecu has been tuned ( flashed ) with hp tuners
- greddy bov
- front mount intercooler behind grill
- oil scavenge pump
- aem wideband
- cheap boost gauge
Overall the car runs and drives great but could use a little touching up on the tune to make it more drivable
Would be a great drag car, daily ( pending tune ), burnout car or maybe an uber car for to make some viral videos.
Asking $4̶5̶0̶0̶ Reduced to $2500 due to it currently pressurizing the cooling system when you rev it, Leaky intake manifold gasket? Headgasket? IDK no time to mess with it!

The build video is like watching the Three Stooges, but slower and without the witty repartee.
DeleteA P71 now running boost on its second motor... Think this car has had some hard miles?
ReplyDeleteStill, bang for the buck is very high. I love the orange, but if it was white, silver, or ugly champagne/beige with full hubcaps it would be a total sleeper. Only thing more sleeper-y would be doing the same to a Grand Marquis or Town Car.
Great car to torture teenagers with on I-95 - just pull up behind them with that spot light, they'll recognize the grill, and see them slow down and pull over, then wave as you pass them.
