The Rover P6 was released in 1963 as a clean sheet design to replace the P4 & P5. The P6 included a number of advanced features, including a de Dion tube rear end with inboard disc brakes, and a unibody design with unstressed body panels bolted to the frame -- similar in concept to the Citroën DS. It might not be as iconic as the DS, but it is a cool classic, and prices couldn't be more reasonable. Find this 1970 Rover 3500 P6 here on eBay bidding for $999 with 2 days to go.

7k: Four-Banger Futurism: 1969 Rover 2000 TC

Have you ever visited Disneyland's "Tomorrowland" or watched Back to the Future or The Jetsons and thought, "Gee, futurism is dandy. How can I drive it?" There's a certain nostalgia in old-school futurism. It's a feeling very strongly invoked by the presence of a Rover P6, a car whose future predictions were that strange blend of avant-garde or just odd for odd's sake – like only including vertical pictures in a craigslist ad. This twin-carburetor 2.0L offered less horsepower than the Buick V8 variant, but could be had as a manual. If only rear-drive, manual-transmission sedans were indeed the norm today. Find this 1969 Rover 2000 TC for sale in New Orleans, LA for $6,500 via craigslist. Tuesday, June 10, 2014
20k: Seller Submission: 2013 Scorpion P6

Time to harness your inner Ricky Bobby (I wanna go fast!) with this street legal version of a trike, because not much short of a $100k sports car is going to keep up with this thing anywhere. The Scorpion P6 looks like a Frankenstein experiment involving an FSAE car and a sport bike built on the wheelbase of a mobility scooter. It will probably do the most fantastic donuts and result in instant death to anyone without F1 level reflexes. Looks like a winner. Find this 2013 Scorpion P6

5k Flash: Red Rover: 1969 Rover P6 2000TC
The marque Rover isn't seen often on this side of the Altantic, and it was mismanaged into the ground by BMC starting in the late 60s, eventually turning into a Badge engineered product tossed between BMW, Ford and eventually sold to Indian firm Tata motors that owns the name but currently has it in mothballs. Find this 1969 Rover P6 2000TC for sale in Knoxville, TN currently bidding on ebay for 3,750 with 2 days to go.
