High Class Glass: 1964 Studebaker Avanti

For a brief period from June 1962 to December 1964 Studebaker produced only 5,800 Avantis.  They were ahead of their time in both styling and engineering, but production problems and the decline of Studebaker itself would make their run short. We are happy to see that such a rare and beautiful car can still be found under the DT price limit. Find this 1964 Studebaker Avanti for sale in Southeast, MN for $19,500 via craigslist.

Hard To Top: 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe

It seems like only yesterday that you could pickup an original Ford Mustang coupe for around $5000 and it would be a good running/driving V8 with a few miles, but prices have gone up in the past few decades and now finding something for $5k that isn't a burnt out carcass powered by an inline-6 is unusual.  Find this 1966 Ford Mutang Coupe offered for $5,000 in Palm Springs, CA via craigslist.  Tip from FuelTruck.

289 V8 Powered: 1959 Austin-Healey 3000

The Austin-Healey 3000 was an inline-6 powered sportscar built in Britain and known as the last of the line for the Big Healeys.  Bodywork was custom fabricated by Jensen Motors and final assembly was done by craftsmen at the Abingdon Works, and today they are worth quite a bit when in good shape.  Find this 1959 Austin-Healey 3000 with Ford V8 offered for $16,548 located in Tucson, AZ via craigslist.  Tip from JAS.
