I think the brakes and differential might have come from the Chevy II that looks on sadly from the background. Of the two cars I think he picked the wrong one to throw money at and expect to get $12k

Someone's idea of artsy, I suppose. That tank doesn't appear to be very secure so I'm thinking there is a solid mount for it buried in the blocks.
