What Am I? Blurry Garbage Part Duex

Last week's What Am I? puzzle was a blurry picture of who-knows-what, and nobody could solve the puzzle...which was what I expected and per the plan.  Now I am going to show an ever-so-slightly more zoomed out photo of the same blurry mess and you get to tell me what it is.

    Oh, now I know what it is. But now have to recuse myself due to having tipped it in the first place. D'oh. You want a hint? I think it's too hard in a similar way to the Vauxhall Victor from a couple of weeks ago.

      When I say this is hard, I mean I have been poking around in slow-mo for a car that's not too new, not too old, and never available in the US. This is the first and only one of these that ever blipped on radar, probably because it is the last and only one registered in the UK.

      Here's another photo of a detail that's unique to this car and the other one that shares its entire interior.

    I'm shocked that there's a car that looks like a Talbot Tagora or Solara, but uglier!
