easily be offered for $25-30k as a 'barn-find!' and all sorts of wackos
would call it a fantastic deal! We think it is a rusted piece of junk
and the price is a bit high. |

| The seller alludes to an engine/trans being installed before it was put in storage so there is a chance that this isn't the original 302 cubic inch (5.0 liter) 290 horsepower 7000 rpm solid lifter equipped screamer that was original equipment. |

This thing has Italian levels of rust but shares all of its sheet metal with the base mustang and all of those pieces, including the actual unibody, are available on the aftermarket from
Dynacorn. So what you are buying in this auction (if the engine isn't original) is basically a vin tag for a 1969 Boss 302. Not a bad deal if it closes any where near the current bidding price.
