I know exactly what it is, but I don't want to spoil the fun so quickly. I'll merely say I really wish they sold those here in the states, I'd buy one.

Yes -- you are correct nidlezp -- this is a Citreon Cactus that I spotted last week on the wild streets of Paris.

The Cactus has a number of innovative design features, like moving the front passenger airbag to the roofline finally allowing for a decent glove box again. One capable of holding 2-3 bottle of wine, a great French glove box standard. Cactus won the 2015 wold car design of the year.
