10k: Polished Aluminium: 1972 Land Rover Series III

The Land Rover Series III was built in the UK from 1971-1985.  It was available with I4, I6 or V8 engines and featured an all-alloy body that was covered in paint from the factory. This 1972 Land Rover Series III is offered in naked polished Aluminium for $10,000 in Los Angeles, CA via craigslist.  Tip from Scooter.

  1. Man! I do like me some series Land Rover. Always wanted to strip one of mine to the aluminum skin. But they were some deep bush work trucks and never warranted the effort and expense.

This could be a candidate for WWII style bomber graffics, only showing a prospector pulling a mile instead of the pinup girls. That and a high degree of polish requires a dedicated copilot.
