5k: Chevy Astrovan with V8

In the 2nd edition of cheapskate V8 swap sunday - I would like to present another car that probably was conceived after a few too many beers.  This uspecified model year Chevy Astrovan with V8 swap is offered for $3700 via craigslist in St Louis, MO.






The Astro looks to be lowered and riding on some custom rims - but other than mentioning the engine is a 283 and 'mild' build - the seller offers scant details.
The only real details seem to be the multiple photos of the car doing smokey wheel stands on what look like public roads.
Final thoughts:  Burn rubber or burn it down?
